A very sensible and respectful, mature, friendly person who's raised a family (largely alone), taught, travelled (speaker of French and German), at age 59 gained a Masters in Psychology, cares about the planet, including animals and us, single-handedly looks after her own property, would apply the same level of care to your home, and would welcome a change of setting once in a while, including, where relevant, the chance to (re-)experience and tend to a pet.
